Berkshire Hills has created a hotline for families, students, and staff from the BHRSD community who are in need of supports during the COVID-19 pandemic. The hotline will be accessible to families, students, and staff via Family Support email (FamilySupport@bhrsd.org) Mondays through Fridays during regular business hours (8:00am – 3:00pm). If you or your family member is already connected to a member of the BHRSD clinical services team, please reach out directly to that individual for support, do not engage in the hotline. Response time will vary depending on daily incoming requests and triage.
